How to Buy Tickets

Buying FRINGE WORLD show tickets from this website is easy.

There are more than 700 shows on offer in the 2020 Festival and there’s something for everyone at FRINGE WORLD.

Visit the Shows page to browse all events now. 

The Festival features a range of Hubs, which are pop-up environments and areas where you can experience a range of shows and other offerings. The 2020 Festival Hubs include The Woodside Pleasure Garden, Girls School, Yagan Square and more. There are also Programs such as The Blue Room Summer Nights handcrafted program of theatre and performance for you to check out. Click here to browse the Hubs and Programs.

You can also purchase tickets from any FRINGE WORLD Box Office. The first FRINGE WORLD Box Office opens on 9 December at Yagan Square. See below for Box Office locations and opening times.

Collecting your Tickets

New to FRINGE WORLD Festival 2020: We now have e-ticketing and most venues don’t require you to have a printed ticket to gain entry to the show. Simply show your order confirmation email on your mobile device to venue staff on arrival.

Shows at the following venues do require you to have a printed ticket: 

  • His Majesty’s Theatre
  • State Theatre Centre 
  • The Regal Theatre

The above venues all have a Self-Collect ticket printer at the venue. Only tickets purchased from this website and paid by credit/debit card can be collected from a Self-Collect ticket printer. Please bring the credit/debit card linked to your purchase along with you to the venue. You can also collect your tickets from any FRINGE WORLD Box Office during opening hours. 

Receive your tickets by post

If you’re purchasing tickets at least 10 business days in advance of the show, you can choose to have your tickets posted to you for $3.50 for standard post or $6.50 for registered post. We strongly recommend choosing registered post as we are unable to reprint lost tickets. If choosing registered post, you will need to sign on delivery and your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery and check the address you have provided us with is correct.
